Yishun Industry (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Cambodia Yishun”) was officially completed and put into production in October 2025. It is located in Pimsara Village, Sang Commune, Sangkat District, Kandal Province, Phnom Penh, Cambodia—a core light industry agglomeration area around Phnom Penh. Relying on mature industrial supporting facilities and a convenient transportation network, this area has become an emerging key hub in the medical manufacturing sector of Southeast Asia. Covering an area of 4,600 square meters, the factory is a crucial cross-border manufacturing hub for Jiangsu Yishun Medical Device Co., Ltd. in its global strategic layout, following the Qidong production base. This marks a further upgrade of the enterprise’s global operation pattern.
As an overseas extension of Shanghai Yishun Ice Pack Co., Ltd. (founded in 2002) and Jiangsu Yishun Medical Device Co., Ltd. (founded in 2011), Cambodia Yishun fully inherits the parent companies’ over 20 years of accumulated technology in cold and hot compresses and their strict quality standards. In terms of hardware and talent allocation, the factory is equipped with a portfolio of world-class production and inspection equipment, including water purifiers, high-frequency welding machines, pressure testers, and infrared thermometers. Meanwhile, a on-site technical team composed of senior engineers dispatched by the Chinese headquarters has been established—this not only ensures the accurate transfer of core technologies but also empowers local talents, laying a solid foundation for production and quality control.
The factory focuses on the large-scale production of core medical device categories, mainly manufacturing cold and hot packs, cold and hot pack braces, ice boxes, disposable ice packs, and solid gel braces. It has obtained FDA registration, GMP certification, and passed MSDS review, and has built a full-chain quality management system covering raw material traceability, in-process quality control, and finished product testing to ensure product quality and compliance.
Leveraging Cambodia’s strategic location advantages, Cambodia Yishun, on one hand, achieves an optimal balance between production efficiency and cost control by virtue of Kandal Province’s abundant industrial supporting resources and labor force. On the other hand, it shares the group’s global sales network and logistics resources. Through multi-modal transportation channels such as direct air freight between the Yangtze River Delta and Phnom Penh, and fast sea freight from Sihanoukville Port, the factory enables products to be quickly distributed to key markets including Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas, significantly enhancing the responsiveness of the global supply chain.
